Welcome to Ecash Solutions, a free, client-side interface for users on the blockchain. Ecash Solutions values user privacy and will make an effort to reduce and, to an extent, reduce the exposure of users personal data during the use of our system.

To an extent we obtain any personal information, the privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Ecash Solutions obtains, uses, and in some cases shares personal information of users who use the website, use the mobile application, (“App”), or in any way use our services.

This user Policy is applied to any user who accesses Ecash Solutions Services or Website. Read the User Policy to have a understanding of the practices regarding user data and how it will be treated. By using the website, App, and/or using Ecash Solutions Services, the user acknowledge and is aware that the collection, use, and sharing of user data will take place as described in the User Policy.

So that users are clear about the terminology Ecash Solutions use, when using “Personal data or information” in this user Privacy Policy, we mean information about a user that (either by itself or when combined with data from other sources) allows that user to be identified, along with the persons name, or e-mail address, telephone number.


Ecash Solutions Services contain links to other third-party sites. As soon as a user user clicks on such a link and leaves our website or are directed to a different third-party website, users are no longer protected by this Policy. Any extra data users provide on those websites is subject to that third party’s policy and Ecash Solutions is not responsible for the policies and practices of the third-party websites.


Due to the transparency of blockchains, transactions that are completed, can be publicly viewed. This includes, but is not limited to, users public sending address, the users receiver public address, the total sent or received in the transaction, any other information a person has chosen to include in a given blockchain transaction. Data stored on a blockchain may be, immutable, public, and complicated or even impossible to delete or remove. Blockchain Transactions may display data about the user and information can possibly be correlated now or by another party who chooses to do so. This can include law enforcement. Website users are highly recommended to read and understand how users privacy on the blockchain works.

Ecash Solution Key Security

Users have a public key which can be shared with anyone. Ecash Solution does not maintain the private keys of users and is not required to repay loss of funds. Users must maintain their wallet security. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. All public-key functions use key pairs. Conventional cryptography is frequently called symmetric cryptography, one can both encrypt and decrypt with the correct private key but do neither without it. Signature and Identification. In a public key system, a user identifies herself by proving that she knows her secret key without revealing it.

This is done by one performing a digital signature on the message. The digital signature plays a similar role as a handwritten signature. This Authenticates the author of the message in a way which cannot be manipulated, and confirming the identity of the message.

Secure Hashing

A hash function is a map from all possible strings of bits of any length to a bit string of fixed length. Such functions are often required to be collision-free: that is, it must be computationally difficult to find two inputs that hash to the same value. If a hash function is both one-way and collision-free, it is said to be a secure hash.

The most common use of secure hash functions is in digital signatures. Messages might come in any size, but a given public-key algorithm requires working in a set of fixed size. Thus one hashes the message and signs the secure hash rather than the message itself. The hash is required to be one-way to prevent signature forgery, i.e., constructing a valid-looking signature of a message without using the secret key. The hash must be collision-free to prevent repudiation, i.e., denying having signed one message by producing another message with the same hash.

In connection with your use of the Service, and your interactions with other Users, and third parties you agree and represent you will not engage in any prohibited business or prohibited use. We reserve the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, sanctions programs, legal process or governmental request. We reserve the right to cancel and/or suspend your account and/or block transactions without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your account is associated with a Prohibited Activity.

We also reserve the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, sanctions programs, legal process, or governmental request. We reserve the right to cancel and/or suspend your Account and/or block transactions or freeze funds immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your Account is associated with a Prohibited Activity.

Ecash Solutions Membership

Ecash Solutions may offer membership programs to Users. Users that register to participate in a membership program agree to and are subject to all terms for Membership.

Digital Asset Transactions

Digital Asset Prices and Payment Acceptance.

Digital Assets are experimental and risky. The Service attempts to provide fair and accurate price and transaction fee information, but this information is volatile and subject to change without advance notice. The price offered to each user for each transaction may be a user-specific or transaction-specific price formed by Ecash Solutions in its sole discretion. Ecash Solutions does not provide all users with the same spreads or pricing. The price offered to a user may factor in brokerage, risk, liquidity, and other proprietary factors. For a standard transaction, the price is provided at the time your payment is received and confirmed by the blockchain network, limited to the number of confirmations Ecash Solutions deems reasonable in order to protect Ecash Solutions from double spends, 51% attacks or other risks. A payment may be accepted at one block confirmation. At Ecash Solutions discretion, Ecash Solutions may accept a payment with zero block confirmations. For the avoidance of doubt, a payment broadcasted to the blockchain network does not constitute an acceptance by Ecash Solutions.  Ecash Solutions only accepts one [form of payment] per Transaction ID (“TXID”).

Ecash Solutions reserves the right to refuse to process or to cancel any pending Transaction as required by law or in response to a subpoena, court order, or other binding government order or to enforce any transaction limits. Ecash Solutions further reserves the right to delay any Transaction if it perceives a risk of fraud or illegal activity. Ecash Solutions further reserves the right to refuse to process or cancel any Transaction due to technological issues with the blockchain software, Ecash Solutions software, or for other technological reasons. Ecash Solutions cannot reverse a Transaction which has been broadcast to a blockchain network. The Service is available only in connection with those Digital Assets and Transaction limits that Ecash Solutions, in its sole discretion, decides to support. The Digital Assets and Transaction limits that Ecash Solutions supports may change from time to time. Ecash Solutions assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with any attempt to use the Service for Digital Assets that Ecash Solutions does not support.


You cannot reverse, or change any Transaction marked as complete or pending. You may cancel your account by emailing us at, however there are no refunds for cancellation of your account.
